Robert P. Gutmann, SRA
|
Robert P. Gutmann, SRA is the President and Managing Officer of Gutmann & Middleton Valuations,
Inc. Gutmann received his Bachelors degree from the University of Dayton and has been an
active real estate appraiser since 1972. In 1976, he received his SRA designation from the
Appraisal Institute. He has been active as a director, officer, and committee member of the National
Finance Committee. In 1991 he received the State of Ohio Residential Licencse and in 1996 he earned
the State of Ohio Residential Certification. After 14 years in the banking industry, in 1985 Gutmann
and his partners formed Gutmann & Middleton, Inc. Real Estate Advisors. Starting with a staff of
three appraisers, the company is now one of the largest multi-discipline real estate valuation and
consulation firms in the area.

Mark L. Middleton, MAI, SRA
|
Mark L. Middleton, MAI, SRA is an Executive Vice President and manager of the Commercial
Appraisal Division of Gutmann & Middleton, Inc. Middleton received his Associate Degree
from Sinclair College and has been active in the appraisal and consultation fields
since 1973. In 1979 he earned his SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute.
He received the SRPA designation in 1989 and earned the MAI designation from the Appraisal
Institute in 1991. He has served in several positions with the local chapter and in
1985 was one of the principals in the formation of Gutmann & Middleton, Inc.

Eslie M. Boles, SRA
|
Eslie M. Boles, SRA is the Vice President/Partner of Gutmann & Middleton Valuations, Inc. Mr.
Boles received his SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute in 1988. He has been active as
committee member of the organization at the chapter and regional level and is past president of
the Dayton Chapter. In 1991 he received the State of Ohio Residential License and in 1996 he
earned the State of Ohio Residential Certification. After several years in the banking industry,
Mr. Boles became the managing parter of Crawford Appraisal Associates. In 1990 Crawford Appraisal
Associates merged with a larger Dayton company and he also became a partner. This company grew
from a small office to one of the larger multi-discipline real estate valuation and consultation
firms in the area known as Gutmann & Middleton Valuations, Inc.

Mitchell R. Newton, SRA
|
Mitchell R. Newton, SRA is an Asst. Manager with Gutmann & Middleton
Valuations, Inc. Mitch has been appraising since 1982 and is a Designated Member
of the Appraisal Institute. In the past, he has served as a Director for the Dayton
Chapter of the Society of Real Estate Appraisers and most recently has served as a
“Director” for the Cardinal Ohio Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. As a Certified Residential
Appraiser in the State of Ohio, Mitch specializes in residential appraisals for Relocation, Mortgage Loans,
Tax Appeals, Expert Witness Testimony, and has extensive Review Appraisal experience for numerous
large National Clients and Government Agencies. Areas of expertise include Montgomery,
Greene, Clark, and Champaign Counties.

Thomas C. Downie, SRA

Thomas C. Downie, SRA is a Senior Analyst with Guttmann & Middleton Valuations, Inc. Mr. Downie received
his Bachelors Degree from the University of Dayton and has been an active Real Estate Appraiser since 1975.
In 2000, he earned the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute. He has been with Gutmann & Middleton
since its inception in 1985. Mr. Downie specializes in residential homes in Southern Montgomery County and
the counties of Greene, Warren and Butler.

Robert A. Schreel, SRA

Robert A. Schreel, SRA is a Senior Analyst with Gutmann & Middleton Valuations, Inc. Mr. Schreel
received his Bachelors Degree in Finance from Wright State University and has been an active Real
Estate Appraiser since 1978. In 1988, he earned the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute.
He has been with Gutmann & Middleton since 1992. Mr. Schreel specializes in residential properties
in Northern Montgomery County as well as Miami, Darke and Preble Counties.

James L. Braun, SRA

James L. Braun, SRA is a Senior Analyst with Gutmann & Middleton Valuations, Inc. Mr. Braun has been an
active Real Estate Appraiser since 1969 and received his SRA designation from The Society of Real Estate
Appraisers in 1977 in which merged to form - The Appraisal Institute. He has served as a past President
of The Dayton Chapter of Society of Real Estate Appraisers. Mr. Braun has been affiliated with the
firm of Gutmann & Middleton for 6 years as a residential appraiser and before was in business as Braun
Appraisal Services. He specializes in appraisals in the Counties of Miami, Montgomery, Clark and Greene.
Mr. Braun has an Associate Accounting Degree.

Jim Ratermann

Jim Ratermann has been associated with Gutmann and Middleton Valuations, Inc. since 1996. He has been
actively engaged in residential real estate appraisal and consultation since 1974. He is an approved
Montgomery County Probate and FHA appraiser.

Charles H. Liette
|
Charles H. Liette is an Analyst with Guttmann & Middleton Valuations, Inc. Mr. Liette has been an
active Real Estate Appraiser since 1993 and has successfully completed various courses through the
Appraisal Institute. He has been with Gutmann & Middleton since 1997 and is a State Licensed Appraiser.
Mr. Liette specializes in the valuation of commercial properties in the Southwest Ohio region.

Jeremy D. Ison

Jeremy D. Ison received his Bachelor Degree in Financial Services from Wright State University
in 2003. Upon graduation, Jeremy was hired as a full time Real Estate Analyst for Gutmann &
Middleton Valuations, Inc. Jeremy has successfully completed various real estate courses
through the Appraisal Institute, Sinclair Community College, and Hondros College. Jeremy
specializes in the valuation of commercial properties in the Southwest Ohio region and
is currently pursuing the MAI designation through the Appraisal Institute.
